Strengthening Focus and Recall with AI-Powered Strategies Is your student losing focus or forgetting key details? Do they walk into tests feeling prepared only to struggle to show what they know? Many students struggle to hold on to information while working through tasks. Whether it’s following multi-step directions, staying focused during reading, or recalling what they just heard, working memory challenges can get in the way of learning. This live, two-hour virtual workshop gives students practical tools—powered by AI—to strengthen their attention, memory, and focus. What Students Will Learn In this interactive session, students will explore how to: Use AI (like ChatGPT) to summarize and simplify information Create memory supports like outlines, checklists, and cue cards Build external tracking systems to stay on task and manage steps Prompt AI for reminders and verbal rehearsal support Reduce distractions and stay mentally organized using tech tools These strategies are especially helpful for students with ADHD or executive functioning challenges who need help managing mental overload.
