  • Parents/guardians have the right to access information about their child's sessions at any time

  • Our primary service model is virtual coaching via video conferencing

  • Students must have access to reliable internet and appropriate technology

  • We use secure, professional video conferencing platforms

In-Person Services
  • We may offer in-person services in the future at various locations including:

    • Our office location

    • Client homes (with appropriate safety protocols)

    • Public locations such as libraries

    • Other mutually agreed-upon locations

  • Safety protocols and location-specific terms will be provided when in-person services become available

Free Consultations

We offer complimentary consultation sessions to help families determine if our services are appropriate for their needs.

Booking and Scheduling

Booking Process
  • All sessions must be booked through our website scheduling system or via electronic communication

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for booking all appointments

  • Confirmation emails will be sent for all scheduled sessions

Session Preparation
  • Students should be in a quiet, distraction-free environment

Payment Terms

Payment Processing

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made

Pricing
  • Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated periodically

  • Price changes will not affect sessions already booked and paid for

Billing Information

  • You are responsible for keeping payment information current

  • Failed payments may result in session cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual Sessions
  • 24-hour cancellation policy: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session fee

  • Emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

  • Refunds for prepaid sessions will be processed according to our cancellation timeline

Workshops and Group Programs
  • Non-refundable: Workshop fees are non-refundable once payment is processed

  • Rescheduling: Workshops can be rescheduled to a future date with at least 48 hours notice

  • If we cancel a workshop, full refunds will be provided

No-Shows
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper cancellation will result in full charges

  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services

Response Times
  • We aim to respond to non-urgent communications within 24-48 hours during business days

  • Urgent matters should be clearly marked and may require phone contact

Emergency Situations
  • Our services are educational coaching, not crisis intervention

  • In case of emergency situations, families should contact appropriate emergency services

  • We are not equipped to handle mental health crises or emergencies

Scope of Services and Limitations

  • We do not provide therapy, counseling, or medical services

  • We do not diagnose learning disabilities or other conditions
