Many students struggle with task initiation and project completion, especially when they feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. Whether it's a research paper, group project, or daily homework, knowing how to start is often the hardest part. The follow through to a strong finish can seem impossible. This live, two-hour virtual workshop equips students with clear, repeatable strategies—powered by AI—to break through procrastination and launch into action. What Students Will Learn In this interactive session, students will explore how to: Use AI (like ChatGPT) to turn assignments into actionable steps Break large projects into manageable chunks with deadlines Estimate how long tasks will take and create realistic schedules Generate personalized to-do lists and project checklists Prompt AI for motivation and task activation strategies These strategies are especially helpful for students who get overwhelmed, shut down under pressure, or frequently wait until the last minute to begin.
